What type of payments do you take?

I can accept credit card payments including FSA/HSA cards and Venmo.

What is a Nurse Coach?

A Nurse Coach is a Registered Nurse who has obtained specialized knowledge and skills beyond their ordinary RN licensure to provide health coaching to clients who are seeking to improve their health and wellbeing. Nurse coaches view a client’s health through a holistic lens meaning we want to know about everything that makes a person human- body, mind, spirit, environment. This all encompassing view enables the client to connect the dots in their health journey often answering the question, “How did I get to this current state of health?” Nurse coaches listen deeply knowing that client’s are the experts in their own health and offer appreciative inquiry when appropriate to encourage personal growth and clarify goals. A nurse coach walks with clients in all stages of life- so that each individual is treated unique to their personal wellness needs.

Holistic Nurse Coach versus Other Coaches?

Working with a nurse as a health and lifestyle coach just makes sense. We have seen it all and stood beside patients on the best and worst days of their lives. We see how stress and ill health, not just physical, effects of patients and loved ones every day mentally, physically, and emotionally. We have the knowledge and tools to help guide you to your own unique state of health.

Nurses are uniquely positioned to lead, support, and educate through our own backgrounds, experience, and education. Registered nurses complete ongoing education to maintain licensure, workplace education, and ongoing education to satisfy our specialty credentials year after year.
